staff accordingly. If you wish, we’ll remain on board to help you with further quality measures after your successful certification —always with the goal of continuous improvement of all your business processes.

External quality management agent.
Especially attractive for smaller businesses.


If your internal personnel planning doesn’t allow for a quality management agent, we can provide support through our external quality management agent service. Our QM agent can come to your business for several days or weeks per year —depending on the size of your company— and take care
of all the relevant QM tasks. So there’s no need to worry about the annual renewal of your certification.

Quality cost analysis.


We work closely with you to apply defined procedures for assessing all non-quality costs accrued in a given period and compare them to your representative benchmarks. The resulting insights are used to define cost-reduction measures with deadlines and assigned responsibilities.
